As flowers dry, it’s completely natural for them to lose some of their original vibrancy. Over time, those colours can continue to soften and fade. To help your flowers stay looking their best for as long as possible, colour correction is now included as standard for all flowers that pass through our studio.
Originally offered as an optional extra, we found that colour correction not only enhances the overall appearance of the finished piece, but also adds an extra layer of protection against environmental factors such as humidity — helping your flowers remain beautiful for longer.
What is colour correction?
Colour correction is a careful, professional process where pigment is applied to dried blooms to restore balance and depth, while maintaining a natural, timeless look.
Floral Colour Matching
We always aim to colour match your flowers as closely as possible to their original shades. However, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed. Variations in flower types, textures, and how each bloom absorbs pigment can influence the final result. Our focus is always on achieving a harmonious, visually pleasing finish that complements the natural character of your arrangement.
While most flowers respond beautifully to colour correction, some extremely fragile varieties may not be suitable for our current process. We assess each bloom individually and are continually refining our techniques to expand what’s possible.

How will my flowers look once they are colour corrected?
Colour corrected flowers are gently enhanced, meaning their appearance will differ slightly from naturally dried blooms. The result is a more refined, balanced, and enduring finish.
We encourage you to view the examples below, which showcase both colour-corrected and non–colour-corrected pieces, to help you understand the difference and what to expect.
