Booking your flower preservation with us is easy! Just follow these simple steps to make sure your piece turns out exactly how you imagine. Please read all the below steps, and be sure to read our FAQs, to make sure you’re on board with our process.
Step 1 – Book your flowers in
As we need to get your beautiful flowers in to dry as soon as they arrive to us, we need to ensure we have a space ready and waiting for their arrival. To do this, pre-book the date we will receive your flowers via our booking form and pay your deposit.
On our booking form, please select the date on which the flowers will be handed over. We must receive your flowers within 1-3 days after your wedding day unless you are air-drying them yourself.
Step 2 – Choose your style
Check out our Price List to see our range of pieces and choose the size and styles that you love. Please advise us of your requested pieces before you deliver your flowers so we can ensure we dry the right amount.
Step 3 – Deliver your flowers
We need your fresh flowers within 1-3 days of your wedding day. The fresher the better! As we are exclusive to Perth, we will arrange the collection/drop-off of your wedding flowers to prevent them from spending too long in the post and wilting.
Tip: As you’ll be caught up in the wedding buzz, it may be a good idea to delegate the delivery of your wedding flowers to a reliable friend or relative.
Step 4 – Approve design & Final payment
Once we have delicately dried your flowers we will present you with 2-4 designs for you to choose from, depending on the size of your chosen piece(s).
Once the floral design layout has been approved, we will send your final invoice (minus the deposit you will have already paid).
Step 5 – Leave it with us 🙂
When your final invoice has been paid, we will get to work on making your wooden frames and setting your flowers in place. The timescale to get your orders back depends on a number of factors but we will aim to deliver all of your pieces within 4 months of us receiving your flowers.
